much will delivery cost?
V.I.P. Home Services offer emailed delivery only. e-Cards take up to 4 hours to be delivered to your choice
of email from the time order is approved.
What is the minimum number of Gift Cards
required for an order?
The minimum quantity of Gift Cards required for an order is one (1).
Are there different Gift Card designs
available?
Currently, V.I.P. Home Services offer one standard design only.
What is an eGift Card and how do I redeem an
eGift Card?
An e-Card is a V.I.P. Home Services Gift Card that is delivered via an email. It works in the same way as
physical Gift Cards work today. You choose the amount and message. The end recipient will receive your
personalised email in 4 hours.
How do I download my V.I.P. Home Service eCard?
Open the email received from 'V.I.P. Home Services' on your computer or mobile device, click on the download button
and click the attached e-Card in PDF form.
Can I nominate another person and/or company
to receive my Gift Card order?
Yes. You can order your e-Cards and have the order emailed to any person.
Do Gift Cards ordered from V.I.P. Home Services expire?
Yes. V.I.P. Home Services e-Cards expire 36 months from the order being placed.
Where can I redeem V.I.P. Home Services e-Cards?
Can I reload Gift Cards?
No. Once an e-Card has been loaded, the card's value cannot be increased.
What if a Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Once Gift Cards are activated they should be treated like cash as lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be
replaced or refunded.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by calling the Gift Card Help Desk 13 26 13.
